IAS अन्बलगन पी. बनाए गए जनसंपर्क आयुक्त, राजेश सुकुमार टोप्पो होंगे मंत्रालय में विशेष सचिव

रायपुर- राज्य शासन ने दो आईएएस अधिकारियों के प्रभार बदल दिए हैं. जनसंपर्क विभाग में विशेष सचिव (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) और जनसंपर्क आयुक्त राजेश सुकुमार टोप्पो की जगह अन्बलगन पी को नई जिम्मेदारी दी गई है. अन्बलगन पी छत्तीसगढ़ संवाद के सीईओ की अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारियां भी संभालेंगे. इसके अलावा पीएचई और छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विपणन संघ मर्यादित के प्रबंध संचालक का प्रभार यथावत रहेगा.

राजेश सुकुमार टोप्पो मंत्रालय में विशेष सचिव बनाए गए हैं. मुख्य सचिव अजय सिंह ने नई पदस्थापना के आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं. 2005 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी राजेश टोप्पो पिछले तीन सालों तक जनसंपर्क विभाग में पदस्थ थे. तबादले के बाद उन्होंने जनसंपर्क में बिताए तीन सालों के अपने अनुभवों पर केंद्रीत मीडिया के लिए एक संदेश भी जारी किया है-

ये है संदेश-

Dear Colleagues, friends and well wishers in the Media fraternity. They say one day well spent working productively with friends is sufficient to last a lifetime! I was fortunate to have more than three years to work to the best of my capability and intent at the helm of public relations in Chhattisgarh. As I move on in my life and career , I look upon these three years as the most fulfilling and satisfying of my professional life. I will always cherish this time . With all humility at my command, I thank each and everyone of you for the support ,help and respect given to me over these years. Without all of you , it would not have been possible me to accomplish or even contemplate whatever I could do in the last 3 years. Now, I move on with the following lines of Robert Frost’s poem “Stopping by woods on a snowy evening” on my lips.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

I seek forgiveness if I may have hurt anyone of you through any of my actions.
